3:00pm - Journaling  with Janie from Spellbindery  (T: Tent)

Janie Brynolf, LCSW, CAC, CCHt is a therapist, hypnotherapist and bookbinder. This is a 45 minute talk of tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your journal. For some it’s an intuitive process, for others it’s hard to sit down and get into it. This talk will include the therapeutic values of journaling as well as how to use it for manifesting your life. 4:00pm - Vocal Sound Healing and a Journey into Gaia’s Womb with Heaven-Lea Cummings of Liminal Gateways and Shaman Rivers  (B: Brick Patio)

Join Melissa for an inclusive gentle yoga class.  Participants can use traditional mats or even try chair yoga.  Chairs provided, and some mats are available (or bring your own).  You can find Melissa in the Turtle Hawk vendor village on Sunday.  Radiance Yoga and Wellness will be providing free postural assessments & information on how props can be used to support all levels of yoga practice.
